ICANN – Internet Corp.for Assigned Names and Numbers – an international association of researchers, developers, and manufacturers of network solutions on issues of regulation of the Internet address space.

InterNIC – Network Information Center general name of service providers for registration, information provision, and databases on the Internet; organization responsible for providing network information.

Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers – an international organization of engineers in the fields of electrical engineering, radio electronics, and radio electronics industry. The world leader in the development of standards for electronics and electrical engineering. IEEE publishes a third of the technical literature related to computer applications, control, and electrical engineering, and more than 100 journals popular among professionals, and holds more than 300 major conferences a year.

Full-text English-language scientific journals on medical, social, biological, physical, legal sciences, art and education. Journals contain publications of high-quality scientific articles using the open access model.

The ACM Digital Library contains full-text and bibliographic scholarly information on computing, information technology, software engineering, database systems, data analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer networking, and other fields.

Academic publishing house of books and magazines (formerly Versita), publishes more than 400 titles (both own and invitees) of academic journals of various disciplines, mostly from Central and Eastern European countries. Some of the original research are available in the open access.

The database provides access to metadata and full texts of books of academic publishers in open access on the Internet. The service allows you to search for books by the following parameters: book title, author, keywords, book annotations, publisher, ISSN / ISBN of the book or all of these items.

An online catalog that indexes and provides access to more than 16,500 full-text peer-reviewed open access scientific journals peer-reviewed by experts in all fields of knowledge and languages.

The diverse abstract database (chemistry, physics, computer science, mathematics, biology, medicine, economics, social sciences, etc.) offers access to 4,5 million articles from 13,5 thousand scientific journals by such well-known publishers as Elsevier, Springer, IOP Publishing, Taylor and Francis, NPG and others.

Database is aimed at storing and disseminating scientific articles in such fields of knowledge as energy, the environment, health, cognitive interaction systems, electronic infrastructures, socio-economic and humanities. OpenAIRE is a project for access to the results of research carried out on the territory of European countries, including to those funded by the European Union, the European Commission, and also conducted within the framework of the Horizon 2020 program.

Full-text database of peer-reviewed scientific journal articles and book chapters from more than 2,500 journals and 39,000 books published by Elsevier. More.

Scopus is Elsevier’s abstract and citation database. Scopus covers nearly 36,377 titles from approximately 11,000 publishers, of which 34,000 are peer-reviewed journals in top-level subject fields: life sciences, social sciences, physical sciences, and health sciences. It covers three types of sources: book series, journals, and trade journals. All journals covered in the Scopus database, regardless of who they are published under, are reviewed each year to ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Read more

The resource contains tutorials and reference books for exploring the basic principles of computer design, programming languages and computer networks. The platform contains both paid and free courses. Registration on the site is required.

Abstract and citation database from Clarivate Analytics that provides a comprehensive citation search.
